petxperts’ task:
Due to a sudden vacancy, petxperts consulting has taken over interim marketing management for the Seitz Group and leadership of the marketing team. In addition to traditional marketing topics, the assignment also included the design and support of the strategy process.
petxperts role included the operational and strategic management of all marketing matters, with a focus on continuing the ongoing relaunch of the Fleischeslust brand, further product range revisions, and overseeing the technical and content-related overhaul of the online shop.
Other key areas included developing the marketing strategy (including channel strategy) as well as supporting the selection process and onboarding the future head of marketing.

Result:
By serving as interim marketing director, I was able to both reprioritize and seamlessly continue operational projects, as well as develop strategic initiatives in a timely manner. The corporate strategy, developed in collaboration with senior management, forms the basis for the company’s action plan, taking into account the important issue of sustainability.
